Summer Camp Secrets

Applying online with an agency and waiting for a Camp Director to take a liking to your application isn’t the only way to go about getting hired for a job at summer camp.

Almost all of the big summer camp agencies hold recruitment fairs across the UK in January, where they bring a whole bunch of Camp Directors from different camps around the USA for you to meet.

The idea of the fairs is that you can go and chat to the directors, be interviewed and (hopefully) hired on the spot! It’s a chance for you to show the camp directors in person who you really are and to show off your personality and skills in a way that an online application and skype interview just can’t do.

Over the next month I’ll be doing a series of posts about the different camp recruitment fairs and what each agency requires of you, but for now, here are the dates and locations of each recruitment fair.
