That’s right, I’ve been nominated in the UK Blog Awards, something which is so exciting as I’m immensely proud of Summer Camp Secrets and everything that it has become over the last 3 years.
What started as just a way for me to get my love of summer camp out there has become a blog full of advice for first year counsellors, providing a helping hand to people who like the idea of being a camp counsellor but don’t really know what it entails or how to go about getting their first summer camp job. I love getting questions from you all and helping you with whatever queries you have, whether it’s what agency to go through, or how to make your application stand out, or how the visa process works.
I’ve even been able to turn the blog into a book, which is something I NEVER thought would happen, and I’m even planning on doing a second book in the near future too!
This blog is such a huge passion of mine, so to even be nominated for a UK Blog Award is amazing, let alone being in with a chance of winning!
